Things to Note
- As of 1/1/25: Due to the high cost of Avocado, we will currently not be able to offer avocado in any dishes until further notice.
- The menu and gallery on this website are only a sample menu of the meals you might receive.
- Meals are always prepped fresh on Sundays and Wednesdays.
- All food allergies, sensitivities, and special accommodations must be given, discussed, and agreed upon BEFORE placing your order.
- Steak and Tuna steaks are prepared medium-well for best reheating results unless otherwise requested and agreed upon.
- All meals are prepared in a kitchen where cross-contamination may occur but we strive diligently to ensure this doesn't happen.
- The meals are selected by Fueled By Love weekly and are changed up weekly to keep things from getting boring.
- The Sunday and Wednesday menu is created weekly and sent via text by Tuesday of each week.
- There are 5 different menu items to choose from for the Sunday menu and 3-5 options for the Wednesday menu.
- A response with your selections must be in by no later than 11:59 pm the Wednesday before the new week. If no response is given by the cutoff time then you will receive a variety of everything that is on the menu.
- If you do not want to choose then you will not receive the text and you will receive a variety of the weekly menu.
- You may mix any of the carbs or veggies with any of the menu selections as long as they are already part of the weekly menu.
- We can NOT add foods to the weekly menu that are not already on the weekly menu.
- You may do double veggies in place of carbs or vice versa.
- If there are meals you would like to try from our online menu/gallery please let us know BEFORE Tuesday of each week so that we can try to put some of them on the upcoming weekly menu.
- Fueled By Love does not assume liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed.
- Fueled by Love does not guarantee weight loss, only exercise and a consistent diet can.
Delivery
- We do NOT offer pickup.
- Sunday's delivery window is 5:30-9:00 pm. (Subject to change based on business needs)
- Wednesday's delivery window is 5:00-8:00 pm. (Subject to change based on business needs)
- The drivers will send a text with their ETA to the number you provide us when they are on the way to you.
- If for any reason you won’t be home, please leave a large cooler with a thin layer of ice outside your door and let the driver know if it is ok to place your bags inside.
- The drivers are a third-party company so they are not able to stand around waiting and will leave the meals outside if they do not get a response or you won't be home in the delivery window time frame, please be mindful of this during these time frames.
- If you will not be home the meals will be placed outside your door or in a cooler you provide and a photo of the delivery will be sent to you for proof of delivery and a copy held for our records.
- Spoiled meals because you are not home during the delivery window will NOT be refunded or replaced!
VEGAN REASSURANCE
- Vegan protein options are: Tofu, Tempeh, Textured Vegetable Protein ("chicken" and "beef" flavors), and Beyond "meats".
- If you order a Vegan Plan then all recipes are 100% vegan (please let us know if you are or are not ok with Honey).
- All foods that are prepared in the ovens are prepared using disposable pans so that there is never cross-contamination.
- Vegan dishes are prepared first to prevent animal product cross-contamination.
- All meats are cooked on an outside smoker so vegan dishes never come in contact.
- All non-disposable dishes and pans are run through a 3-step sanitation process prior to the final dishwashing process.
PAYMENT POLICY
- A customized invoice and contract will be sent via email using Square.
- Invoices must be paid no later than Wednesdays by 11:59 pm in order to get your first delivery that upcoming Sunday.
- If paid after this time frame you will get your first delivery the following Sunday.
- A 4 Week minimum order is REQUIRED.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are NOT offered!
- If for any reason, you can not complete your 4 weeks, you may gift your remaining meals (the package originally purchased will remain the same) to someone in the Austin area.
- If you have to go out of town unexpectedly, have an emergency, or do not want that weeks menu selections, then your meals can be placed on hold for up to 2 weeks in a 4-week period (consecutive or separated).
