*** All Games will come with instructions.

*** All Games can be rented for up to 24 hours (or longer for an additional fee).

*** A $50-$150 REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit is required at the time of the booking. As long as no games were damaged, broken, missing pieces, or missing games, then you will receive the deposit back within 24 hours from the time of pick up (the processing times vary based on YOUR bank).

*** DAMAGE is considered broken and unable to reuse the game as the manufacturer intended, not normal wear. Missing pieces and missing games are also considered damaged.

*** After the setup, we will walk the games with you to ensure they are not delivered with any prior damage. Any prior damage will be noted and will not affect your deposit. We will also count all game pieces and provide a list for you at the time of drop off.

*** A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Game Rental Deposit is required at the time of the booking and will be applied to the game rental balance.

*** In order to secure your requested date and games, the contract must be signed, the $50-$150 REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit and 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Game Rental Deposit must be paid. We will NOT deliver games without all of this done.

*** The Balance is due 24 hours before drop off time.

*** The 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will not be refunded for any reason. However, your booking can be rescheduled for any reason as long as we are given 48 hours notice. As long as 48 hours notice is given, we will apply your deposits to your new booking date. If notice is given after 48 hours the 50% NON-REFUNDABLE game rental deposit will not be refunded but the REFUNDABLE damage deposit will be refunded. If unforeseen bad weather occurs, you may reschedule in less than 48 hours and your deposits will still apply to the new date.
